With over 20 years of marketing leadership experience across B2B, B2C, and B2B2C sectors, Chadha brings a transformative approach to marketing strategy and brand impact.

In her new role, Shimona Chadha will lead Persistent’s global marketing function with a focus on strengthening brand equity, enabling go-to-market effectiveness, and driving business growth through data-informed, integrated campaigns.

She joins from HCLTech, where she served as Vice President and Head of North America Vertical Marketing. There, she played a pivotal role in building a Generative AI-powered marketing engine, enhancing brand visibility and pipeline efficiency in strategic markets.
Chadha has previously held leadership positions at Vodafone Idea and Abbott, and her work has been recognized through several accolades including Forrester’s Program of the Year 2025 and the Stevie Award for Women in Business.
A strong advocate of inclusive leadership, she has also served in mentorship roles and global talent development programs, including IAOP.
